SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Cancellation Policy:
~Revive has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 24-hours prior to the service to avoid a cancellation fee. If you, or your stylist is sick or has an emergency arise, no worries, we will reschedule for another time.
Appointment Reminders:
~We send out email and text message reminders 1-5 days before your appointment. Please still mark appointments you booked on your calendar. Please provide us with your email and mobile phone number to get the reminders. We do not market via email or text.
Method of Payment:
~We accept cash, Venmo, checks and all major credit cards (including AMEX and discover). You may add a gratuity to your credit card.
